How To Create a Spooky Entryway Table for Halloween

I don’t really do Halloween much, but I wanted to do a little decorating to a couple areas upstairs. It’s been a couple years since I have decorated for Halloween, and when I did, I only decorated my Coffee Bar and a couple other little areas. I have been seeing the CUTEST Halloween decorations and thought I would decorate this entryway table (which is actually an old record player passed down to me from my Great Great Aunt). I grabbed a few things from the Dollar Tree and used a few things I had at home.

This black pumpkin and the black twigs were from the Dollar Tree. I already had the vase, and the deer skull.

I found these black candlesticks at the Dollar Tree too and picked up a couple packs of candles as well. The book with the skull was a Dollar Tree find too. The eyes on that light up, but you know, it uses one of those weird batteries that I don’t have at home. If it doesn’t use AAs or AAAs, then it’s just not gonna light up. Ha!

I added a couple black books that I had at home and the BOO blocks I made a couple years ago. They were plain wood blocks that I got from the Dollar Tree. I painted them white and painted on the letters.

Now most people will use that cottony stuff that you can get at the Dollar Tree for the spider web, but I used cheese cloth because that’s what I had at home, and I think it worked out pretty well. The spider came from the Dollar General. I just stuck his legs down into the cheese cloth and it held him up just fine.

It cost less than $15 to create this spooky entryway table and I think it turned out pretty cool! Oh, and it’s neutral which you know is my fav!
