Decorating an Easter/Spring Mantle and Fireplace

I’ve shared my aunt’s mantle with you guys before, but this one right here is so cute and SCREAMS spring!! This is going to give you so many ideas for your Easter and spring decor! You can use these ideas throughout your house if you don’t have a fireplace, so be sure you check out all the pictures for some inspiration.

Two decorating tips for you. One, is making sure you have a lot of different heights going on and two, use different textures. It will change the WHOLE look of the area you are decorating. It took me a few years to realize how important that is. Vicky does a great job at making sure she has lots of textures and different heights in whatever she is decorating. So lets take a look at what she has done so far.

How CUTE is this right here? I’m loving those bunnies in that basket with the greenery and the carrots.

There are so many different textures going on here. I love that she used all the different bunnies and the lanterns. The candlesticks are perfect for adding some height and the wood rounds look so good against the greenery and helps add some woodsiness to her mantle.

I love these bunnies right here!

I‘m loving this end right here with all the neutrals and the orange carrots for that pop of color. She has lots of different heights going on here too. See that cute ticking stripe bunny in the back? We made those at one of our Family Craft Nights. If your interested in making one, let me know!

Okay, now let me show you how this whole fireplace looks.

I LOVE THIS SO MUCH!!! I can’t wait to hear what ya’ll like most about this fireplace, so be sure to let me know! I hope this inspired ya’ll as much as it did me!
