Christmas Decor at Dollar Tree and Dollar General (2020)

If ya’ll are like me, you hate to spend a lot of money on seasonal decor. Especially if you like to change it up from year to year. And that’s pretty much how I roll! I love to decorate with different themes for Christmas, but really, who has or wants to spend the money it takes to do that? That is why I always start at my local Dollar Stores.

Dollar Tree and Dollar General have REALLY stepped up their game the past couple years with their seasonal decor.

I know that some of you are thinking it’s way too early to be thinking about decorating for Christmas, much less buying Christmas decor, but I have found that if you don’t buy it when the stores start setting it out, then you won’t get all the good stuff! My aunt is really good at hitting up the stores early in fall so we get all the cute decorations.

I already have an idea of how I will be decorating my house this year for Christmas, so I know what I’m looking for, but even if you aren’t sure exactly what you want to do, don’t leave the cute decor at the store! For only a couple dollars, even if you don’t use it this year, there is always next year. Let me show you all a few things my aunt and I have picked up in the past few weeks.

These wood cut out signs were only $1.00!! There are so many things you can do with these! You can use them inside a wreath, on a frame, you can paint them, stain them, mod podge fabric or scrapbook paper on them. You can hang them by themselves or even set them on a shelf. So many ideas you guys!! Grab these up if you see them at your local Dollar Tree.

The next thing to be looking for are these signs. I honestly cannot wait to decorate these to match my theme.

You can also find these large wood shape cutouts. Vicky (my aunt) was able to find a few of these in different shapes, but only one tree. Again, they sell out really fast!

We cannot forget these CUTE metal signs! They come 3 in a pack for $1.00!

Look at these ornaments that came 5 in a pack for $1.00!! You cannot beat that price!

Aren’t these cute?? Those deer are my favorite and I can’t wait to hang them on my tree! Okay so I have one last thing to share with y’all. This was my most favorite item I purchased at the DG (Dollar General of course). They only had one on the shelf, but I want more! Because let’s be honest, you can never have too many Nativity Scenes.

Guys….this is going to look sooooo cute when I’m done with it!! I cannot WAIT to do some Christmas crafting with these finds!
